Job summary

Atúlo Health is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing & Clinical Operations to lead our nursing organization and scale clinical operations. The role oversees nursing staff, quality of care, and workforce engagement across multiple markets.

The candidate will partner with operations, recruiting, and leadership to build systems that support growth while maintaining high clinical standards and patient experience. A BSN is required, with MSN preferred, and active RN licensure in MA/CA/CT.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional nursing experience.
• Current, active, and unrestricted RN license.
• Active RN license in MA/CA/CT; advanced clinical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Align nursing capacity with patient and referral demand.
• Recruit, interview, onboarding, activation, engagement, and performance of nurses.
• Coach and develop nursing teams while maintaining clinical practice standards.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, pharmacy partners, operations leaders, and executives.
• Support multi-state nursing teams across markets and time zones.
