A prestigious medical center in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (Behavioral Health) to lead and manage its Behavioral Health Department. This full-time leadership role offers an excellent daytime schedule (8a–4p) and highly competitive pay at $90/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all behavioral health nursing operations within the facility
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain the highest standards of patient care
• Set strategic goals and provide operational leadership for the nursing department
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new nursing team members
• Manage schedules, caseloads, and resource allocation

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) required
