Qualifications

• 5+ years of nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CAH regulations, CMS standards, and best practices in rural healthcare.
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support a team of 60+ hospital staff.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, quality care, and compliance for a critical access hospital.
• Be part of emergency planning, stroke/trauma coordination, and quality initiatives.
