A healthcare leader opportunity has opened at Optum's Tioga Medical Center. The Director of Nursing will lead a passionate team to improve care standards and patient outcomes in a community-focused rural environment, with robust support and a competitive compensation package.
At Tioga Medical Center, we’re not owned by a big system; we like it that way. Decisions are made locally, quickly, and always with our patients and staff in mind. We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced Director of Nursing to lead our hospital nursing team and help shape the future of care in our rural community.
You’ll join a strong, competent team of nurses who take pride in their work and support each other.
Our providers are stable, approachable, and work hand-in-hand with nursing.
Leadership listens. We value staff input and make real changes based on what’s best for the patient, not corporate red tape.
You’ll be able to lead with heart, innovate, and truly make a difference.
