Director of Nursing - Assisted Living (Finance)

Manages the day-to-day clinical services of a complex community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met with respect and dignity. Supervises licensed nurses and care staff, providing leadership and coaching, and may lead a clinical team of up to five members. The community's complexity level is determined based on factors such as size, product lines, medication management, licensure, regulatory requirements, and skilled services.

As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will lead the clinical team to deliver high-quality care, build relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers, and foster resident and family satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills

1. Required education and state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
2. Valid driver’s license.
3. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience; clinical leadership preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and electronic documentation.
