As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will utilize your leadership qualities to inspire, lead, and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care and services for our residents. Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. Full-time associates are eligible for annual bonuses and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates may participate in the 401(k) plan but are not benefits-eligible.

Manage the day-to-day clinical services of a complex community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met with respect and dignity. Supervise and provide leadership and coaching to licensed nurses and direct care staff. May lead additional clinical leadership team members, depending on community complexity.
