As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will utilize your leadership qualities to inspire, lead, and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care and services for our residents. Base pay will be determined based on experience and skills. Full-time employees are eligible for bonuses. Temporary staff may participate in the 401(k) plan but are not benefits-eligible.

Responsibilities
Manage daily clinical services of a complex community, ensuring residents receive respectful, dignified, and quality care as their needs evolve. Lead, supervise, and coach licensed nurses and care staff. May oversee additional clinical leadership team members. The community's complexity level depends on factors like size, services, medication management, regulatory requirements, and licensure specifics.
