Job summary

Daleville Health and Rehab is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team and drive excellence in resident care. The DON will oversee all nursing services, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory compliance in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

You will partner with administration to promote clinical quality, infection control, and a positive work culture while guiding care plans with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia
• 3+ years of nursing leadership in long-term care or skilled nursing
• In-depth knowledge of CMS and VA State regulations
• Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for resident-centered care and clinical excellence

Responsibilities
