Forest Hill Health & Rehabilitation in Richmond, VA seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing, oversee daily clinical operations, and guide nursing staff with a hands-on leadership approach.

You will help deliver resident-centered care, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in care planning and quality improvement, and drive staff engagement and performance with compassion and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in VA – Required.
• 2+ years of nursing leadership in long-term care / SNF.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Ability to lead with compassion, confidence, and clear communication.
• Organizational skills to juggle priorities and stay ahead of issues.
• A passion for resident-centered care and team development.

Responsibilities
