Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• 3+ years DON or Nurse Manager experience in skilled nursing or transitional care.
• Experience with MDS process and care planning preferred.
• Background in geriatric nursing highly valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical/HR systems.

• Resolve clinical and operational concerns involving residents, families, and staff
• Develop and manage the nursing department budget, including expense oversight and resource allocation
• Contribute to strategic planning initiatives for the facility’s clinical operations

What You’ll Do
