Harmony Senior Services' Harmony Collection at Roanoke Memory Care seeks a Healthcare Director (Director of Nursing) to lead clinical services and ensure high-quality resident care in a memory care setting.

You will oversee nursing and CNA teams, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate with medical staff, families, and residents to promote wellness and excellence. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing in the State of VA or multi-state license.
• Three years of senior living clinical leadership experience preferred.

As the Healthcare Director (Director of Nursing), you will lead and coordinate the delivery of clinical services plans and monitor to ensure that they meet and service and health needs of the residents and promote wellness. Areas of focus will be directing the nurses and certified nursing assistants within the community to maintain a high standard of care; communicating in a professional manner and representing the Community in a positive way with the medical community, family members, and residents; and maintaining regulatory compliance for the Community.

Requirements:

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing in the State of VA or multi-state license
• Three (3) years of senior living clinical leadership experience preferred
