Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Roanoke, VA, seeks an experienced Dining Services Director/Executive Chef to lead the community's food service program.

You will hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff, ensure kitchen, dining and storage areas stay clean, and keep equipment in good working order. Strong ServSafe and Food Service Manager credentials and 3 years in senior living dining leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Food Service Manager and ServSafe Certifications required and must meet all regulatory requirements to hold a Food Service Manager position.
• Three (3) years of senior living Dining Services leadership experience.

This community features an Assisted Living resident setting.

As the Dining Services Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of the food service experience for the community, including hiring, training, supervising and evaluating staff. Requirements
