Job summary

Oak Park Place in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the clinical care of all residents and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will oversee nursing staff and coordinate planning, education, supervision, and evaluation of all services provided in the facility.

Requirements include 3–5 years of Director of Nursing experience, an active RN license, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and thorough knowledge of long‑term care regulations,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Director of Nursing experience preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations in long-term care.
• Experience with the applicable state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare and Medicaid.

Responsibilities
