Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain patient-care standards by monitoring compliance through observations, communication and quality assurance activities.
• Oversee daily operations of nursing services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
• Lead and mentor the nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Monitor departmental budget and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated patient care and interdisciplinary communication.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required.
• Three (3) years’ experience in a Nursing Management position supervising the delivery of patient care required.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in in-patient rehab preferred.
• Knowledge of Rehab regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Current, valid, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state employed required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• CRRN preferred.
