Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, MN is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and uphold clinical excellence across the community. You will mentor staff, implement best practices, and ensure resident-centered care with a strong focus on quality and compliance.

This full-time role requires an active MN RN license, 18+ years, and prior leadership experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative, compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with the State of Minnesota.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Director of Nursing experience is preferred but not required.
