Job summary

Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, MN is hiring a Director of Nursing to lead a dedicated team delivering resident-centered care and clinical excellence. The role requires an active MN RN license, and prior DON experience is preferred.

The position is full-time, in person with Monday–Friday schedule and on-call rotation. You will oversee nursing services, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address residents' needs and craft individualized

Qualifications

• Active RN license with Minnesota state license.
• At least 18 years old.
• Director of Nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for nursing services, ensuring high-quality care and clinical excellence throughout the community.
• Implement nursing best practices and regulatory standards to support positive resident outcomes and compliance.
• Develop, mentor, and educate nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
