Job summary

Meadow Grove Transitional Care Center in Grove City, OH seeks an experienced RN Director of Nursing to lead the nursing services delivered to residents daily. The role requires an OH RN license and strong leadership in a Medicaid/Medicare certified long-term care setting.

The successful candidate will oversee clinical team performance, ensure compliance with federal/state rules, maintain resident confidentiality, and manage surveys and investigations as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years as an RN with acute, long-term care, or geriatric supervision/management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility.
• Excellent computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Meadow Grove, a skilled and long-term care facility in Grove City,OH is seeking an experienced, energetic, strong and dedicated RN Director of Nursing to lead the exceptional nursing services that are delivered to our residents daily. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Overall direction, coordination & evaluation of nursing care services provided to the residents.
• Implementing nursing services, objections and standards; resolving resident care issues.
• Ensuring compliance with all State & Federal guidelines.
• Ensuring all confidentiality and privacy rights of residents are observed & enforced.
• Overseeing State Survey complaints, investigations and resolutions.

The successful candidate will possess the following minimum qualifications:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio and in good standing with the Board of Nursing
