Job summary

Meadow Grove Transitional Care Center in Grove City is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to support the DON and ADON in leading nursing services for our residents. You will assist with direction and evaluation of care, implement nursing services, and ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an Ohio RN license in good standing and at least 1 year of geriatric or long-term care supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in Ohio in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care, long term care, or geriatric supervisor experience in a Medicaid/Medicare facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing, coordinating & evaluating nursing care for residents.
• Implement nursing services and resolve resident care issues.
• Ensure compliance with State & Federal guidelines and privacy rights.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist in the direction, coordination & evaluation of nursing care services provided to the residents.
• Implementing nursing services, objections and standards; resolving resident care issues.
• Ensuring compliance with all State & Federal guidelines.
• Ensuring all confidentiality and privacy rights of residents are observed & enforced.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents residing in the facility

The successful candidate will possess the following minimum qualifications:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio and in good standing with the Board of Nursing
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care, long term care or geriatric supervisor and management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility
• Must have excellent computer and communication skills.
• Must be able to follow all established Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and guidelines.
