Job summary

Meadow Grove Transitional Care Center in Grove City, OH seeks an experienced RN Director of Nursing to lead the nursing services delivered to residents daily. The role requires an OH RN license and strong leadership in a Medicaid/Medicare certified long-term care setting.

The successful candidate will oversee clinical team performance, ensure compliance with federal/state rules, maintain resident confidentiality, and manage surveys and investigations as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years as an RN with acute, long-term care, or geriatric supervision/management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility.
• Excellent computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care services for residents.
• Implement nursing services, address objections and standards; resolve resident care issues.
• Ensure compliance with State & Federal guidelines.
• Protect resident confidentiality and privacy rights.
• Oversee State Survey complaints, investigations and resolutions.
