Your Job: The Registered Nurse will oversee Nursing Services, ensuring compliance with physician orders and resident needs. You will manage a 5-star, deficiency-free facility, supervising nursing staff 24/7, maintaining standards per federal, state, and company regulations. In the absence of the Administrator, you will assume operational responsibilities, conducting nursing assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the Nurse Practice Act.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Coordinate comprehensive care plans for each resident, adhering to medical and regulatory standards.
• Communicate policies and monitor staff practices.
• Participate in admission decisions and visit prospective residents.
• Attend management meetings to discuss resident status, staffing, and concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
