Salary: $120,000 + $2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS + bonus structure

Your Job: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physicians' orders and residents' needs. The Director of Nursing will inherit a 5-star facility with a deficiency-free survey. The RN will oversee 24-hour nursing supervision and ensure quality standards of care are maintained according to federal, state, and company regulations. In the absence of the Administrator, the Director of Nursing will assume operational responsibilities. This role involves conducting the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act and RN licensure.

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate comprehensive care plans for each resident, ensuring compliance with physicians' orders, regulations, and policies.
2. Communicate policies and monitor nursing staff practices and implementation.
3. Participate in admissions decisions and visit prospective residents as needed.
4. Attend management meetings to discuss resident status, census, personnel, and concerns.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an RN in the practicing state.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree from an accredited nursing school required.
• Minimum of five years in long-term or acute healthcare preferred; at least 2 years of nursing supervisory experience required.
