Salary: $120,000 + $2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS + bonus structure

Your Job: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physicians' orders and residents' needs. The Director of Nursing will inherit a 5-star facility with a deficiency-free survey. The RN will oversee 24-hour nursing supervision and ensure quality standards of care are maintained according to federal, state, and company regulations. In the absence of the Administrator, the Director of Nursing will assume operational responsibilities. This role involves conducting the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act and RN licensure.
