Job summary

The Greenery Center for Rehab and Nursing seeks an exceptional Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team and oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing department.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will ensure regulatory compliance, develop clinical policies, manage the nursing budget and staffing, and foster a culture of patient-centered care and continuous improvement across all units.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the nursing department, promoting a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and company policies
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to support high-quality patient care and clinical outcomes
• Foster strong relationships with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient care
• Develop and manage the nursing budget, staffing, and resource allocation
• Identify opportunities for staff development and provide coaching, mentorship, and support to promote career growth and satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality improvement projects
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to maintain expertise and lead by example
