Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 3–5 years of full-time professional experience in higher education with responsibility for new student programs.
• Experience planning large-scale, multifaceted programs balancing academics with student development.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, and supervise a diverse student workforce.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and set short- and long-term goals for new student programs.
• Develop and manage budgets, recruit and supervise graduate assistants, and coordinate staff.
• Collaborate with campus partners to design onboarding sessions for various populations.
• Assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement using relevant data.
• Lead committees and ensure alignment with institutional strategic plans.
