Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education or related field required.
• Five years of progressive experience in student affairs.

• Effective communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead university-wide strategy for new student onboarding and orientation initiatives.
• Coordinate 20+ orientation events annually across campuses and manage related logistics.
• Supervise staff and student leaders, manage budgets, and assess program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Housing, Advising, and other departments to ensure seamless onboarding.
