Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in higher education or related field, or BA plus 3 years in higher education.
• Experience working with people from varied backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills; flexible hours during orientation season.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage orientation and transition programs within OTP.
• Direct, oversee, and evaluate departmental programs and events.
• Coordinate first-year transition programs with campus partners.
• Hire, train, and assess peer mentors and student staff.
• Develop and publish informational materials for the area.
• Develop and manage the department budget and fundraising.
