Oklahoma State University’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment seeks an Assistant Director of Orientation, New Student Experience. You will lead daily operations of new student programming, including orientation and enrollment programs designed to engage, inform, and enroll future Cowboys.

You will supervise a coordinator and graduate student, coordinate campus partners, and drive strategic program development, assessment, and continuous improvement across orientation activities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or conferred by start date.
• Three years' experience in college student development, advising, teaching or training.
• Experience in cross-campus collaborative environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct comprehensive daily operations of new student programming, including orientation and enrollment programs.
• Oversee master calendar and multiple orientation sessions and related events.
• Supervise coordinators and student leaders to ensure high‑quality orientation experiences.
