Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in IT leadership.
• Experience in strategy development, budgeting, and team management.
• Proven ability to align IT with business objectives.

• Experience with enterprise infrastructure and end-user support.
• Ability to lead cybersecurity collaboration and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Infrastructure & Operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead enterprise infrastructure including networks, servers, storage, virtualization, data center operations.
• Oversee Service Desk and Desktop Support to ensure a strong employee technology experience.
• Establish standards, governance, DR capabilities, and operational procedures for reliability.
• Partner with leaders to understand needs, prioritize investments, and deliver value.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity leadership to meet security and compliance goals.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on accountability and service.
