Atlas Van Lines in Evansville, IN is seeking a Director of Network Services to lead our Infrastructure & Operations organization. You will shape strategy, drive performance, and ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology services across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include directing networks, servers, storage, data center operations, service desk, and cybersecurity collaboration, while mentoring a high‑performing team and managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience or an Associate with 10+ years.
• 3+ years of leadership in strategy development, budgeting, planning, and team management.
• Proven ability to lead people, processes and technology programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Infrastructure & Operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead enterprise infrastructure including networks, servers, storage, virtualization, data center ops.
• Oversee the Service Desk and Desktop Support teams to ensure great employee tech experience.
• Establish standards, governance, DR capabilities, and operational procedures for reliability.
• Partner with business leaders to prioritize investments and deliver value.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and investments.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity leadership to align with security strategies and compliance.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
