This executive role focuses on strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure, network services, end-user support, and security collaboration. You will shape and execute roadmaps, build a high‑performing team, and partner with business leaders to deliver value while ensuring reliable, scalable technology.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technology leadership experience.
• 3+ years in strategy development, budgeting and team management.
• Proven ability to create a vision, gain alignment and deliver results.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Infrastructure & Operations strategy.
• Lead enterprise infrastructure including networks, servers, storage, and data center ops.
• Oversee Service Desk and Desktop Support for excellent employee tech experience.
• Establish standards, governance, DR capabilities and procedures.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize investments and deliver business value.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity leadership to align with security strategies.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
