Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years of executive-level experience leading transformation initiatives.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading organizational restructuring and culture-change efforts.
• Minimum 3 years of executive leadership in large, complex technology organizations.
• Minimum 3 years of personnel management, leadership coaching, and performance accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversight for all departmental operations.
• Lead organizational transformation and culture improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate organizational structure, staffing models, operational processes, and service delivery effectiveness.
• Implement organizational changes designed to improve performance, accountability, and customer service.
• Supervise managers, supervisors, and professional staff.
• Develop and monitor performance expectations and outcomes.
• Make strategic personnel, operational, and resource allocation decisions.
• Partner with Human Resources on employee relations and performance management.
• Improve collaboration with campus partners, university administration, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee departmental priorities, budgets, and strategic resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with university policies, security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Remove organizational barriers that impede productivity, innovation, and collaboration.
• Provide executive-level reports and updates to senior leadership.
• Develop succession plans and transition materials for incoming leadership.
