Atlas Van Lines in Evansville, IN is seeking a Director of Network Services to lead our Infrastructure & Operations organization. You will shape strategy for enterprise infrastructure, networks, data center operations, and end-user support while partnering with cybersecurity to maintain strong protections.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, manage budgets and vendors, and drive reliability, service excellence, and business value across the IT landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience, or
• Associate degree in Technology or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Infrastructure & Operations strategy aligned with business and IT objectives.
• Lead enterprise infrastructure including networks, servers, storage, virtualization, communications, backup, and data center operations.
• Oversee the Service Desk and Desktop Support teams to ensure an exceptional employee technology experience and consistent service delivery.
• Establish standards, governance, monitoring, disaster recovery capabilities, and operational procedures that drive reliability and resiliency.
• Partner with business leaders and IT stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize investments, and deliver business value.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and infrastructure investments.
• Collaborate closely with cybersecurity leadership to ensure infrastructure aligns with enterprise security strategies and compliance requirements.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team focused on accountability, customer service, continuous learning, and innovation.
