Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management for Missionforce National Security. Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management, technical program management, consulting or engineering management at enterprise tech firms.
• Proven track record leading large, cross-functional programs with executive visibility.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise SaaS implementations or platform programs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation in a matrix environment.
• Ability to grasp new technical, commercial and contractual subjects quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Turn executive intent into structured programs with clear scope, workstreams, owners, milestones and success metrics.
• Run the operating rhythm for each program: steering committees, advisory teams, weekly working teams and updates.
• Drive actions, decisions, risks and dependencies across functions and remove obstacles with urgency.
• Serve as trusted SVP extension in executive forums and preempt issues.
• Lead integration from announcement through close and into steady state with various internal teams.
• Maintain the integration V2MOM, planning calendar and weekly updates.
• Ensure onboarding milestones for incoming teams preserve culture while accelerating impact.
• Run multi-workstream federal customer implementations via discovery, mapping, gaps, workshops and delivery.
• Coordinate account teams, solution engineering, product, services, partners and customers.
• Collaborate with GovCloud/security teams to onboard capabilities and maintain security compliance.
• Partner with sales, legal, accounting, finance and product to shape outcome-based deals.
• Assess pipeline deals, capture lessons, and define contract constructs and risk guardrails.
• Help build business cases and investment plans for future years.
