Job summary

ECKART America is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead its multi-site manufacturing network, spanning Site Operations, Plant Engineering, Maintenance & Reliability, EHS & Process Safety, and Manufacturing Technology & Automation. The role drives safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operations aligned with enterprise strategy and profitability goals.

Ideal candidates will have progressive senior leadership experience in regulated, multi-site environments, strong Lean/Six Sigma expertise, and

Qualifications

Progressive senior leadership experience in complex, regulated, multi-site manufacturing.
Ability to lead through other leaders and operate in matrix environments.
Experience implementing Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent operating systems.
Demonstrated focus on safety, environmental compliance and manufacturing conformance.

Responsibilities

Oversee Site Operations, Plant Engineering, Maintenance & Reliability, EHS & Process Safety, and Manufacturing Technology & Automation.
Translate enterprise strategy and customer demand into disciplined site execution and measurable performance.
Establish one operating system across sites and deliver safety, throughput, cost, and reliability targets.
