Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in multifamily property operations, facilities management, or maintenance leadership.
• Minimum of 10 years in a supervisory or regional management role.
• Strong background in SOP development, preventative maintenance planning, and contract/vendor management.
• Hands-on experience with building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and property infrastructure.
• Proven ability to create and manage maintenance plans with performance metrics and accountability systems.
• Effective leadership and communication skills with a passion for team development and training.
