Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in leadership or management roles.
• Active U.S. Secret clearance required.
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, quality, or program management.
• Strong background in metric development for process health monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor mission assurance program specifications to support program success.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products that meet contractual requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems using lean and six sigma principles.
• Develop and maintain compliance with mission assurance policies and procedures.
• Provide expertise in interpreting regulatory guidelines for compliance assurance.
• Foster an inclusive and engaged work culture through effective leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support compliance in inspections and audits.
• Develop and track metrics to monitor process health and performance.
