The Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Cincinnati seeks a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through the Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. The Director will work with the Regional Vice President, staff and boards to fulfill FCA Vision, pursued through a strategic ministry plan that emphasizes discipleship.

The role requires biblical alignment, leadership of staff and volunteers, and ongoing accountability to FCA policies

Qualifications

• Agree with, and abide by, FCA's Christian Community Statement.
• Follow a spiritual rhythm including daily prayer and Bible study to seek the Lord's will for the ministry.
• Lead, conduct and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes.
• Be connected to and participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement.

Responsabilités

• Grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through the Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International.
• Align with the Regional Vice President, staff, and board(s) to fulfill FCA Vision and Mission.
• Develop and execute a ministry plan for the assigned area and ensure ministry conducted according to biblical standards.
