Job summary

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes seeks a Director responsible for growing the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through the Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. This role collaborates with the Regional Vice President, staff and boards to create and execute a strategic ministry plan aligned with FCA values and policies.

• Experience leading staff and volunteers to grow a ministry.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, train and develop staff.
• Strong fundraising and donor engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Agree with, and abide by FCA's Christian Community Statement.
• Lead staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship and living by example.
• Develop and execute a ministry plan for the assigned area.
• Oversee recruiting, training and development of staff and volunteers.
• Engage leadership boards and advisory teams to advance the ministry.
• Serve as chief fundraiser and financial manager for the ministry.
