Job summary

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes seeks a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding across the Advancement Lanes. You will partner with the Regional VP, staff, and boards to execute a ministry plan that aligns with FCA values and mission.

You will lead staff and volunteers, steward donor relationships, and guide boards in securing resources. This role requires strategic vision, biblical integrity, and a proven track record in fundraising and team development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site teams and staff development.
• Proven success in fundraising and donor stewardship.
• Ability to recruit, train and deploy volunteers and staff.
• Strategic planning and budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ministry plan aligned with FCA vision and mission.
• Lead staff, volunteers, and coaches through prayer, Bible study, and leadership development.
• Oversee donor advancement and funding plans to support the ministry.
• Collaborate with Regional VP, staff, and boards to ensure alignment and execution.
• Ensure compliance with FCA policies and procedures.
