Job summary

ShipMonk, a growing 3PL and tech-powered partner for ecommerce brands, seeks an Operations Lead in Las Vegas to help supervise and develop hourly associates. You will support department operations and assume leadership in supervisor/manager absence, using technology to ensure accurate inventory and efficient processes.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a warehousing environment with emphasis on detail, safety, and productivity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in leadership role required.
• 1+ years warehousing experience.
• Must be able to stand for most of the day.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
• Inventory Experience.
