Job summary

Munising Memorial Hospital & Bay Care Clinic is seeking a Healthcare Administration leader or RN/LPN with a passion for senior care. You will lead a small interdisciplinary team, mentor staff, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and office staff to provide compassionate, coordinated outpatient services.

You will engage the local community through education, develop referrals, grow patient census, and ensure compliance with professional and ethical guidelines while balancing quality care

Qualifications

• Healthcare administration experience or business management preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) or LVN licensed in the state of practice preferred.
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing preferred.
• Psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
• Work with kindness and accountability to enhance quality of life for our patients (required).

Requirements
