KUOW Puget Sound Public Radio in Seattle seeks a Director of Membership to lead high‑touch, scalable donor communications and campaigns. You will guide segmentation, email journeys, and personalized messaging for diverse donor groups, expanding revenue and engagement in support of KUOW’s mission.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Development, supervises a small team, and supports hybrid telework. Requires 5+ years in fundraising or related field with a Bachelor’s degree and strong

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in campaign strategy, fundraising, or related field.
• Proven history of multi-channel fundraising campaigns with data-driven thinking.
• Proven history of directly leading a team of two or more reports.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written, phone, and in person.

• Lead a multi-channel annual campaign strategy to raise revenue targets.
• Oversee donor service experience and KPIs.
• Manage donor pipeline progression and fundraising campaigns.
• Guide membership team in developing seasonal and ongoing campaigns.
