KUOW Puget Sound Public Radio in Seattle is seeking a Membership Manager to lead annual giving, membership campaigns, and donor journeys across email, mail, on-air, web, and social channels.

You will collaborate with the Audience & Revenue Group to grow monthly donors, improve retention, and increase lifetime donor value, managing programs that generate roughly $6–9 million annually from about 50,000 members.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit management or related field.
• Three years' experience in fundraising, donor relations, or related field.
• Experience developing and implementing donor/customer engagement strategies.
• Experience building and managing email marketing programs.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce and Marketing Cloud).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced skills in data analysis and customer lifecycle optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategy and execution of annual giving programs across multiple channels.
• Develop donor communications, membership benefits, and stewardship initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on program performance with key metrics.
• Optimize membership systems, procedures, and technology platforms.
• Support donor cultivation and stewardship through events and experiences.
• Collaborate across the Audience & Revenue Group and with staff.
