Job summary

YMCA of Florida's First Coast is seeking a Director of Member Intelligence to lead member analytics, data governance, and the Member Management System. This role drives data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and strategic growth across the association.

The Director will develop standards, configure architecture, and oversee dashboards, QA, and reporting initiatives to enhance revenue, operations, and member experience while collaborating across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Five years of leadership experience in operations, business intelligence, analytics, system administration, or related field.
• Experience in a not-for-profit environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of multiple YMCA software systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, system configuration, reporting structures, data governance, and business intelligence principles.
• Experience developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures, quality assurance initiatives, compliance processes, and operational audits.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, dashboard reporting, analytics tools, and business reporting systems.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to align operational processes and reporting structures with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of organizational accuracy and operational effectiveness.
• Demonstrated ability to lead operational improvement initiatives and support data-driven organizational decision-making.
• Must pass Level 2 Background Screening. Level 2 is a fingerprint check of state and federal criminal history information conducted through the Florida Department of law Enforcement (FDLE) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). https://info.flclearinghouse.com

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for member intelligence operations, business analytics, data governance, and member management systems administration.
• Serve as the association’s primary subject matter expert for the Member Management System and related operational reporting systems.
• Lead organization-wide initiatives that support data integrity, operational consistency, business intelligence, and strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain operational standards, configuring system architecture and sales structures, implementing QA and audit processes, and producing dashboards and analytics.
• Align operational procedures, system configuration, and data governance practices to support accurate BI, scalable growth, and accountability across the association.
