Job summary

UCI Health is seeking a Director of Medical Staff to oversee credentialing, privileging, peer review, and governance across facilities. You will ensure compliant administration of medical staff processes in alignment with regulatory standards and applicable state and federal requirements.

The role partners with the Chief Medical Officer and legal/compliance teams to guide policy development, quality assurance, and performance improvement while managing and developing medical staff services staff.
