HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in Gainesville, FL seeks a Director of MCS and CV Services to lead patient-centered care across the cardiovascular and MCS services. You will oversee staffing, forecasting, and budget management while shaping policies that drive quality and safety.

• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license; Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 1–3+ years of applicable experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Director ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
• 1-3+ years of applicable experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is a 523-bed, full-service medical and surgical acute care center. For over 49 years, we have served North Central Florida.
