Merck is seeking an Executive Director of Master Data Management and Data Operations to lead the product line for master and reference data capabilities across Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain. This senior leader will define strategy, establish a scalable operating model, and drive data quality, governance, and operations in a regulated environment.

The role reports to the AVP of Digital Services in Global Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain & Innovation and oversees a global,

Competenze

• 15+ years of progressive experience in data, digital, or technology leadership in regulated industries.
• Deep expertise in master and reference data management, data governance, and data quality.
• Proven leadership of enterprise data products, platforms, and services across full lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing-related master data, PLM, data platforms, and data operations.
• Experience with MES, LIMS, Veeva Quality, ERP, PLM, and related enterprise apps.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional accountability.
• Experience leading global, matrixed organizations and Agile product management.
• Excellent executive communication and change-management capabilities.
