Jazwares, LLC is seeking a Director of Data Operations & PMT to lead enterprise master data strategy across customer, vendor, product, financial, and employee domains. You will partner with the Chief Data Officer and senior leaders to ensure governance, data quality, and a trusted data foundation for decision-making and digital transformation.

You will build and mentor a team, drive DMAIC project sponsorship, and align data initiatives with ERP migrations and M&A activity.

Competenze

• 10+ years in master data management (MDM) or data governance, including leadership experience.
• Proven track record building and scaling enterprise MDM programs.
• Deep knowledge of MDM platforms, ERP systems, and data governance frameworks.

Mansioni

• Define the enterprise MDM strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision with leadership.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team while driving data quality across the organization.
• Lead Data Ops Council on governance models and data ownership.
• Sponsor process improvement projects using DMAIC to reduce data defects.
• Integrate Lean Six Sigma tools into MDM workflows and track KPIs.
• Lead data cleansing and migration during ERP implementations or M&A.
• Establish data quality KPIs/SLAs and readiness for AI/ML initiatives.
