You'll oversee MarTech strategy, data platforms, governance, and a high-performing team, partnering across Marketing, IT, RevOps, and Legal to deliver scalable, AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree valued.
• 10+ years in Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, or Data Operations.
• Proven leadership of large, global teams and enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a comprehensive MarTech strategy and roadmap.
• Lead governance for data, platforms, and vendor partnerships.
• Build and scale a global marketing technology and data organization.
• Drive AI initiatives, experimentation, and measurement maturity.
