Job summary

Lonestar Integrated Solutions seeks a Director of Manufacturing to lead all manufacturing operations supporting industrial electrical control panels, power distribution equipment, and related electromechanical systems.

The role provides strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing, planning, quality, safety, and continuous improvement to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience leading manufacturing/operations teams.
• Experience managing multi-level organizations with direct reports.
• Strong background in industrial electrical manufacturing and related products.
• Understanding of production planning, scheduling, and KPIs.
• Experience Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and drive accountability.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all manufacturing operations including electrical panel assembly and related systems.
• Develop and mentor leadership personnel and set strategic direction for manufacturing.
• Establish objectives, expectations, and accountability for safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Coordinate production planning, staffing, and resource allocation to meet customer commitments.
• Lead Lean, 5S, standardized work, and continuous improvement across the shop floor.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Project Management for manufacturability and efficiency.
• Drive performance metrics: safety, quality, throughput, labor efficiency, schedule attainment.
