Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager in Duluth, MN to lead production activities and coordinate planning, execution, and related procedures. The role requires managing staff, budgets, and regulatory compliance to achieve strategic objectives.

You will oversee cost targets, select and train teams, and partner with HR to optimize operations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, with proficiency in Vantage, SAP, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
10 years’ experience in manufacturing with staff leadership.
Production/Operations management experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

Develops tracking methods to monitor quantity, quality, cost, safety and performance.
Oversees the plant budgets and develops expense budgets.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
Selects subordinate groups to optimize profitability and provides training.
Develops cost target strategies for the facility.
Coordinates hiring with HR and maintains safety/regulatory compliance.
