Hyve Solutions is seeking a Director of Manufacturing in Reno, NV to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive manufacturing strategy. You will drive production planning, scheduling, budgets, and cost controls to meet demand while upholding top quality standards.

Collaborating with supply chain and engineering teams, you will implement rigorous quality programs, manage costs, and advance lean initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably in consumer electronics or PCB industries.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management and sustainability.
• Proven team leadership and talent development.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and supply chain software tools.
